Race suit branding for local Junior Rotax karting rising star

Back in April this year, we had a very special request come to us from the Mellor family. They had approached local companies looking to get specialist racing kit branded. Our team were more than happy to meet up and discuss the process and positions, ensuring a smooth ordering process and peace-of-mind.

Junior Rotax Karting Racing Kit

The specialist racing kit is an Italian Sparco race suit built to deal with motorsport demands. The suit has many health and safety features including fireproof qualities in addition to being abrasion resistant, ideal for the race track.

This particular suit is for Tabitha, 13, racing in Junior Rotax Karting races across the South East. These karts go in excess of 70 mph! This type of racing can lead to the F1 Academy series, which supports F1. Tabitha recently came second in the Lydd winter Kart Championship (5 rounds) and picked up a trophy.

The suit required various logos to be added to it, including sponsor logos. As the garment was supplied, we added these via heat-applied digital printed transfers, suggesting best sizes and placements for maximum visual impact and working with the Mellor family from sketches and ideas. These included five different positions, in addition to Tabitha’s name on both sleeves. You can see from the gallery below how great they look on the suit.
