Who we are
Bedford Engraving Limited incorporate, BEL Signs and Appliedfx. As a group, we are ensuring we are taking all necessary steps to look after your data and we want to tell you how we use it and how we store it in this policy.
We do not use your data to sell on, however, we do use it as a business would, to deliver services to you, keep you informed and occasionally ask you for reviews or further information on projects.
At any time you have options with regards to your data. You can ask for your data to be removed from our systems and you can unsubscribe from our emails. This allows you to be in control.
When discussing data we are referring to:
- cookies on our websites
- email addresses for quotations, proofing and contact
- contact details to inform you of projects and for delivery.
Data, such as credit card and delivery details, may be given to third parties such as World Pay or our approved courier provider to complete projects. However, these are not sold or used for marketing purposes.
We store your data in-house on a secure system. Only BEL Group personnel have access to it, again, for the reasons above.
Bedford Engraving Ltd does reserve the right to monitor and archive all email communications through its network.

We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. We do not make and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website and we do not give this data to any other parties.
Email Marketing
As part of the quotation process, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We do not sell email contact lists.
We use a third-party provider, Constant Contact (www.constantcontact.com), to deliver our email marketing. We gather statistics around email openings and clicks using industry-standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our services. The information you allow us to access varies on each social networking site and depends on the level of privacy settings you have. You can control and find out more about these privacy settings on each social networking site.

If you have trouble accessing email, you are welcome to come into the office and request this action in person. A request may take 10 working days to action.
